Redesigned and rebuilt the Philadelphia Child and Family Therapy Training Center website to modernize its system and streamline editing — keeping the existing design while upgrading to a block-based WordPress framework for improved performance and usability.
The Philadelphia Child and Family Therapy Training Center (PCFTTC) needed a modernized rebuild of their existing website — one that preserved their trusted design while updating the underlying system for long-term stability and easier content management.
The original site relied on outdated templates that were difficult to maintain and limited the use of newer WordPress features. I rebuilt the website on a modern, block-based WordPress framework, keeping the familiar design intact while improving flexibility, performance, and accessibility.
During the rebuild, I streamlined page layouts for consistency, redesigned the staff section for better usability, and overhauled the blog system — enhancing both the back-end editing process and the front-end reading experience.
The result is a future-ready website that looks the same to visitors but performs better, loads faster, and is significantly easier for the PCFTTC team to update and manage.
Highlights:
- Full rebuild on a modern block-based WordPress system
- Preserved existing design and brand identity
- Improved staff management and presentation
- Redesigned blog system for usability and engagement
- Enhanced site performance and accessibility
