Redesigned and rebuilt the Scouting 334 website to unify Cub Scout Pack 334 and Troop 334 under one brand — pairing a new visual identity with custom WordPress tools for communication, payments, and event registration.
Scouting 334 represents both Cub Scout Pack 334 and Scouts BSA Troop 334 — two active, family-centered programs serving the same local community. The goal of this project was to create a shared digital home under a unified “Scouting 334” identity that still allowed each unit to express its own character and colors.
I developed a new Scouting 334 brand system, including a unified logo and color palette that works across both Cub Scout and Scouts BSA materials. The design emphasizes flexibility — allowing each unit to customize its section of the site while maintaining a cohesive visual identity.
The new website serves two key audiences:
- Current families, who rely on the site for up-to-date program details, calendars, announcements, and to sign up for camping trips and events.
- Prospective families who use the site to learn about the program and contact leaders.
To support both, I built new systems for email collection and marketing, online payment processing, and event registration, giving leaders a more efficient way to manage communications and streamline participation.
The finished site brings clarity, organization, and warmth to a busy community program — blending professional presentation with the energy and spirit of Scouting.
Highlights:
- Unified brand system for Cub Scout Pack 334 and Scouts BSA Troop 334
- Custom logo and color palette with flexible unit-specific variations
- Dual-purpose website serving current and prospective families
- Integrated email marketing, payment, and registration tools
- Block-based WordPress build for easy updating and long-term growth
