Hosting Uptime Guarantee
*Your website is hosted on infrastructure designed for reliability and continuous availability.
If your site experiences downtime due to an unscheduled issue with the hosting server, the affected time will be credited to your next hosting invoice at ten times (10×) the duration of the outage.
The uptime guarantee applies only to unscheduled hosting server outages and does not apply to downtime caused by site code, plugins, third-party services, DNS configuration, scheduled maintenance, or force majeure events.
